The next district trainings are scheduled for July 18 and Oct 24.  The council holds trainings every month.

New Leader Essentials will no longer be provided as of April 1, 2009.  The new course to replace it will be "This Is Scouting."  It will be an online course, accessed from olc.scouting.org.  We encourage all scouters to sign up for a ScoutNET account and then link to the course from there, since it will update their completion automatically into the Council's database.
